These shared commitments help create a safe, reliable, and respectful space for your therapeutic work.
Attend scheduled sessions
Arrive on time and honor the rhythm of the work. If you need to reschedule, give at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to another client.
Communicate openly
Share what is present for you — including hesitations, questions, or shifts you notice. Honest dialogue keeps the work aligned with your needs.
Protect the therapeutic space
Keep session content confidential and treat the relationship as a dedicated, protected space for your process.
Engage with care
Come willing to participate. Healing unfolds through your active presence, not passive attendance — your engagement is the medicine.
